John Rydzewski

John Rydzewski is Vice President and Private Sector Group Sustainability Lead at Carollo Engineers. He has over 30 years of design, construction, and operations experience primarily in the semiconductor industry where he has been involved with fab greenfield projects in the US, Ireland, Israel, and China where he was instrumental in the design and construction of ultrapure water, wastewater treatment, and wastewater recycling systems. Prior to joining Carollo, John was at Intel Corporation where he led a team that operated and maintained a 9 million gallon per day end of pipe, zero liquid discharge wastewater treatment and recovery system, the first of its kind in the semiconductor industry. In addition to the semiconductor industry, John spent seven years at Nike World Headquarters as the director of Nike’s global water sustainability program.
