Christopher Marks is a graduate of the Colorado School of Mines that works for Boulder Colorado as their Senior Treatment Process Engineer for their WRRF. He is also chair of the Innovative Water Technology Committee which is part of RMWEA, the WEF partner in the Rocky Mountains. During the last decade, he has been involved in projects of all scales that include advanced aeration controls, phosphorus removal, sidestream algae cultivation, energy management, THP, anaerobic digestion, and a membrane-based bioreactor for zero-G application. He routinely guides optimization efforts at his facility from within the operations team, and when away from work likes to disappear into the mountains for fun.
